Welcoming NRS as a Green Line Sponsor for 2024!

We are thrilled to announce that NRS is joining the Watersmith Guild as a Green Line sponsor for 2024! This partnership is a testament to NRS’s exceptional dedication to equitable waterways access, conservation, and their instrumental role in our growth and success.

The Guild’s journey with NRS began with their pioneering LEAD Program—Leaders in Environment, Access, and Diversity. Launched in 2021, the LEAD Program shifted the focus of NRS's athlete ambassador initiative toward community engagement and activism. By welcoming influential changemakers into their community, NRS has fostered a culture of inclusivity and environmental stewardship. Over the past two years, they’ve redirected resources to welcome new participants to paddlesports, recruit volunteers, advocate for legislative change, award grants and scholarships, and protect our wild places.

Through the LEAD Program, NRS has not only made a positive impact on the world but has also grown as a company. Their ambassadors, dedicated to making the world a better place, have been instrumental in supporting NRS's mission and values. This alignment with our own mission makes NRS a perfect partner for the Watersmith Guild.

NRS’s commitment to innovation is evident in their exceptional water safety equipment, including footwear, helmets, and personal flotation devices (PFDs). Their focus on enhancing the river paddleboarding experience has also led to the development of exciting new gear that our community loves and trusts.  Specifically, the Clean 96 inflatable stand-up paddleboard has quickly become the favorite board of the Watersmith crew. The Clean makes downriver SUP and river surfing significantly more approachable for first-timers and steps up the game of veterans.

We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring and look forward to a fantastic year ahead with NRS by our side. Together, we will continue to promote water safety, support our community, and inspire a love for paddling and waterways.
